We warmly invite families to join us for a tour of our Nursery and Reception classes every Thursday. It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet our staff, explore our learning environment and discover what makes Leopold such a special place to begin your child’s educational journey.

Reception 2028 Admissions 

All of the children in Reception will the Hawkshead Road site.  If you would like to apply for your child to join our Reception Cohort in September 2028, please click on the link below which will take you to the Brent Council website.

Casual In-Year Admissions

Parents/guardians wishing to apply for a school place at Leopold should contact Brent Council school admissions service. The council will review your application and inform you of the outcome.

You will need to make an in-year school application if either of the following apply to you:

• Your child lives in Brent and does not currently have a school place
• You wish to apply for a transfer to a school in Brent
• You should only apply for a school place in a Brent school.  For schools outside Brent please contact the Local Authority or the school directly for the application process.

Nursery Admissions

Leopold Primary School offers Nursery places at our Hawkshead Road site only.

We still have a limited number of in-year Nursery places available for September 2026. Please contact us to enquire about availability.

We are also welcoming applications for January 2027 for children who will be 3 years and 3 months old by their start date, as well as applications for September 2027.

We offer both full-time and part-time places. Early applications are encouraged.

Apply for 30 Hour Childcare Code

If you are not eligible for the 30 hours of free childcare, a weekly top-up fee of £75 applies. This is payable via the Parent Pay app.

Snacks and lunch are free of charge for nursery children.

If you are not eligible for the 30 hours of free childcare, then the weekly top up fee is £75 per week. This is payable weekly on the Parent Pay app.
